New carseats

So, my mom weighed Jack the other day and he is 19.5 pounds! Aiden wasn't too far behind. Oh.My.Word! I've known for a while that they were getting close to outgrowing their infant carseats, but that finally put the fire under me to get them new carseats -- while I still had time to find them on sale! So, I found them, got a FANTASTIC deal on them, and they have arrived. But I seriously will be SO sad to see those infant carriers go, they are so convienient! And, that means the snap n go stroller -- my good buddy -- will be outgrown as well. Noooooooo!

Also, I've had several people ask me what my baby/twin must haves are. So, in a future post I promise I will get to that!

Well, we've definitly been busy lately. Yesterday we went to the Anoka Co Fair to support one of our House members, and then on to Canterbury to watch the horse races with family. I've also posted more lake pictures that Blake's parents took. Enjoy!

Weekend At the Lake

We had a great time at the lake, despite the COLD COLD weather (in JULY!). We finally got out on the pontoon boat the day we left, when it finally warmed up a tad. The boys had a great time with all the people there to entertain them! They were so good, they were great at napping and sleeping in their pack n' plays and were in a great mood most of the time. The only suprise was that they didn't sleep much in the van, both on the way up there, or on the way back (it's a four hour trip). But they managed to stay pretty chipper most of the ride.

Five Months!

We are off to the lake tonight, so there might not be updates over the next few days, unless I get wireless up there and have time to upload. My mom took an adorable picture of the boys in their baseball caps, but it won't load for some reason. I'll try again later, so look for another update today.

Our Weekend

I have 5 month pictures to upload as well, but those will have to wait for later .... until I find my other camera cord as we took them with our other camera. In the meantime, here's some pictures of what we were up to this weekend!

Finally, we got the connectors to connect our umbrella strollers together. What a deal! The strollers were three bucks each at a garage sale, and the connecter was $8.50. Much cheaper than a double umbrella stroller! (And takes up less room in our quickly filling garage!)

Here we are in our new flip-flops that Mommy just COULDN'T resist! Especially when they are on clearance at Baby Gap. :) They are too adorable!
